Night Time Economy Summit

Working in collaboration with edible art creative Kaye, from Gulp gastronomic events, I was commissioned for the Night Time Economy summit held in Birmingham in 2025 to design this artwork based on the musical nightlife of the midlands, including some of its stars, venues and movements. Kaye infused each printed work with the scent of raspberries, which contain the chemical ethyl formate which is also found in dust clouds at the centre of our galaxy, offering the recipients a multi-sensory celestial experience
