I work within a partnership designing and installed window art, working with councils, small & large businesses, charities and institutions. Going by The Window Artists we also branched into working together on murals, business branding and events styling. I designed the following and was assisted by my business partner in the installation. Please contact me if you have any enquiries.
Working nationally, I’ve designed branding, murals and print material for companies in the leisure & hospitality sector working alongside interior design and architecture practices.
YES BAB
In collaboration with Birmingham based brand Punks & Chancers, I designed a floral tee combining their trademark Yes Bab design. Printed on organic cotton using environmentally friendly (and vegan friendly) inks. A percentage of each sale went to Birmingham Childrens’ Hospital. Also available in 40x40 print.
A couple of years later Zoe approached me again, this time I had left Hedge and started up Window Artists with my work partner Anna. I put together this design based on Birmingham’s brutalist heritage to be screen printed on sweats and also sold as an A3 print.
STATIONERY
CineQ is a queer film exhibition organisation that prioritises queer, trans and intersex people of colour.
For their first festival I was commissioned to redesign the logo and put together artwork to be used throughout on print material that was representative of these marginalised groups.
I was also tasked with decorating the event space in which films were showcased.
For the Birmingham Big Sleuth art trail I was commissioned to illustrate a bear sculpture to be placed in the city center for the months of July and September 2017. Following this the sculpture is auctioned off with profits going to the Birmingham Children's Hospital.
My first childrens book commission, this story focuses on two leaf friends who have to combat issues of change, anxiety, abandonment and friendship.
